Data subjects have the right to receive information about the processing of their personal data, require rectification or deletion, set pre-consent conditions for marketing, withdraw consent, appeal unlawful actions and exercise other rights provided by law. Data subjects are obliged to provide accurate information and notify the Operator of updates.

Processing period is determined by the purposes; consent can be withdrawn by emailing rent@qoople.com. Information collected by third-party services is stored and processed by them under their policies. Confidentiality is ensured. Storage is limited to the period necessary for purposes of processing. Processing may be terminated upon achievement of purposes, expiry of consent or unlawful processing.

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data; automated processing may be used.

10. Cross-border transfer

Before cross-border transfer, the Operator notifies the authorized body and obtains necessary information from the foreign recipients, where required.

11. Confidentiality of personal data

The Operator and other persons who have access to personal data are obliged not to disclose or distribute them to third parties without the consent of the data subject unless otherwise provided by federal law.
