We had a great time in this apartment. It had everything needed, down to the little things so you can arrive and immediately wash your hands, do laundry and have tea without going to the store. Such service we met for the first time: detergents for the washing machine and dishwasher, clean sponge, toilet paper, soap and other essentials. The agency even left us a gift: drinks and snacks — very nice and useful. The apartment is well equipped: new linens and towels, new AC units. Everything is very convenient. It was perfectly clean on arrival. The check‑in manager was always in touch and helped resolve every question — thank you!

The apartment leaves the best impression. Balcony view, modern design (floor‑to‑ceiling windows), all necessary appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, 2 AC units, vacuum, Wi‑Fi) — everything for a comfortable stay. The complex has a pool, sauna and hammam, all available to use. Very neat courtyard. Great location near the sea and a wonderful promenade. Special thanks to Olga for her attentiveness and quick help — even brought us a citrus juicer when we asked! 10/10.

I was looking for a good apartment at a nice price not far from the center and was very happy with my choice. Clean and freshly renovated. Big bed, super comfortable pillows and fresh linens. A beautiful large pool. Fast, stable Wi‑Fi which is important for me because I work remotely. Excellent location — the center is close, and there are great cafes and restaurants along the way. There was also a small welcome kit with snacks and water — very thoughtful after the road. I will definitely come back and for longer. Recommended!

Why are apartments better than a hotel?

Apartments offer more space, comfort and freedom than a hotel. You have your own kitchen, separate rooms and no strict rules about breakfast or cleaning. In our apartments you get the comfort of home and service like in a hotel.

What languages is support available in?

We communicate in Russian, English and Turkish. Guest support is available 24/7.

How does payment work?

Online payment on the website is under development. For now, payment can be made directly through the manager in a way that suits you.

What additional payments are there?

Cleaning is paid additionally. The exact amount is calculated depending on the apartment and is always displayed when booking.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required at check-in. It is returned at check-out if the property is not damaged. The deposit amount depends on the type of apartment.

Do you provide airport transfer?

Yes, on request we arrange transfer from the airport and back. Check the details with the manager after booking.
7.

How do check-in and check-out work?

Standard check-in is from 15:00, check-out until 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out are possible if apartments are available and for an additional fee.

What are the cancellation rules?

Terms depend on the selected rate and are always displayed when booking: • Non-refundable rate — payment is not refunded. • Standard rate — cancellation is possible no later than 21 days before check-in.
9.

Are pets allowed?

Staying with pets is possible by prior request — some apartments allow small dogs up to 3 kg (e.g. Yorkshire terriers). Check with the manager about staying with a pet before booking.
10.

What are the apartments equipped with?

All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with necessary appliances: air conditioning, washing machine, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle. There is also a full set of kitchen utensils, tableware, bed linen, towels and, of course, Wi-Fi.
